The vast majority of our customers will never ever need or require replacement parts. In fact, it is very rare that we ever receive a request for them. Our speaking lecterns are engineered, right out of the box, to last you for years. More often than not, on those rare occasions when replacement parts are requested it is because someone has ignored the repeated warnings we have posted here on our website advising the user not to over tighten the knobs. All of the controls on our podiums and lecterns are ''Friction Lock'' devices and require simple finger tightening only and not hand tightening using brute force. The most common part damaged by overtightening is the black assembly located under the desktop which is called the ''Tilter'' unit. If you happen to overtighten the tilter and require a new one just give us a call. We sell replacement tilters and always have a nice selection of other replacement parts available for you too.
To aid in the installation of a new tilter, which is a process that takes only seconds to perform, we have created the ''How To Replace The Tilter'' video above. In this video you will see us remove a tilter as well as reinstall a new tilter quickly. The entire process takes only seconds to complete. It is an invaluable, time saving instructional video for anyone needing to reinstall a new tilter on our portable lectern.
