A)   Certainly!  Assuming you have a credit card go to our OFFICIAL STORE (purchase link is above and please note you DO NOT have to be a mamber of Paypal or have a Paypal account to purchase at our online store).  Or, phone us or send an email to:  info@lightweightpodium.com  and you will hear back from us daily.  If your web browser does not automatically do so, please place the word(s) ''Podium'' or ''Lectern'' in the subject line so we immediately know yours is a valid email and not spam.  Feel free to also include your phone number for even faster service.  

Q)   How do I find your eBay auctions?

A)   Easy!  We do not always have online auctions running, but when we do, more than likely we will be on eBay.  All of our eBay podiums are sold through eBay member name hepresents (Pronounced ''He Presents'') and it is VERY easy to find us.  Go to www.eBay.com and you will see the eBay search box located near the very top of the eBay homepage.  Simply type in the words:   CLASSROOM TEACHER PORTABLE PODIUM  and you will find us.  Also, look for our very unique red, white, and gold box (pictured just below this question) as well as the seller name ''hepresents'' to verify you are dealing directly with us and not copycat vendors, usually with miserable feedback ratings, who sell a soon to destruct piece of cheap plastic junk, making it appear as a steel unit.  No other seller in the USA sells this white podium/lectern except us and absolutely no other eBay seller offers it for sale either.  Our biggest seller, in the bright white powder coated finish, is exclusive to us.  For more on finding us on eBay, please see our ''How To Buy'' section on this website and remember that you absolutely so not have to be an eBay member or user to buy from us.  You also do NOT need to be a Paypal member or to have a Paypal account if paying by credit card at our OFFICIAL STORE.  

Q)   Will using your lightweight podium harm my hardwood or other exotic flooring?

Absolutely not!  Three protective ''feet'' prevent any floor damage while the massive twenty-five inch leg diameter insures that the podium remains strong and stable.

Q)   Can I speak with a real person rather than purchase by
email and the internet only?

A)    Yes!  Our number is (513) 783-7538 and you may dial it
seven days a week and 24 hours a day.  When staff is not
readily available we have voice mail and someone checks it
regularly throughout each day.  All customers who submit

with a request to speak to a real person will be called same
or no later than next business day.  Please be advised we do not...ever...sell or distribute our customers names or contact information and we respect your privacy.   

Q)  Where is my new podium being shipped to me from?

A)   Southwest Ohio - USA

Q)   Can I pickup my item(s) in person and avoid shipping fees?

A)   Yes, by appointment.  We are located in Greater Cincinnati/Dayton, Ohio, in the Southwestern part of the state, and will gladly set up an appointment to meet with you in person--in which case there will be no charge at all for shipping.  Note:  When picking up items in person we accept cash payments only.   

Q)  Do you offer service after the sale for an item purchased a long time ago?

A)   Absolutely!  We have all the parts you need in stock most of the time and gladly offer our past customers great service to get you up and running agin in no time.

Q)  Do you discount shipping when multiple units are purchased?           

A)  Yes.  Shipping can, depending on location, drastically be reduced when purchasing multiple units (over 20) at the same time--sometimes by as much as one-third.  Please contact us to inquire PRIOR TO PURCHASE regarding the maximum amount you can save by purchasing multiple items.

Q)  Can I use my laptop computer on top of your lightweight
podium?

A)   We do not recommend that either laptops or other very
expensive electronic objects, such as video projectors, be
placed on our unit.  This podium is designed for books and
papers only and not for expensive electronic equipment.  
Purchase a professional A/V device designed exclusively for
that purpose if that is your intention.  

Q)  Why does the actual desktop itself contain so many round holes?

A)   The round holes, while not destroying the integrity of the actual desktop itself, are put there for one reason and one reason only.  They significantly remove a large portion of metal from the unit--thereby greatly reducing its weight.  Should you happen to place a finger inside one or more of the holes, while speaking or using the device, you will find them to be perfectly smooth to the touch and they will not cut or harm your skin.
